Vice President – Supply Chain<\/small><\/p>\n

Rapha\u00ebl is the Vice President – Supply Chain at innoVactiv Inc., the company behind the Juventide\u00ae<\/sup> technology that is at the heart of all L’\u00c9TOILE COSM\u00c9TIQUES products.<\/p>\n

Rapha\u00ebl holds a Ph.D. in plant biology from Laval University and has been working at innoVactiv for over 15 years. He is passionate about everything that the living world has invented to ensure its subsistence and adapt to its environment. It is not surprising that the marine world and in particular the extraordinary regenerative capacity of starfish has aroused his interest.<\/p>\n

Raphael is responsible for harvesting starfish and collecting their precious fluid. It should be noted that starfish harvesting has never been considered a profession. On the contrary, starfish have always been considered a nuisance in the fishing world. So we had to invent everything. Raphael has put a lot of effort to ensure that our intervention is totally respectful of the starfish and its environment. He makes sure that all steps to sustainably develop this resource respect a very rigorous set of specifications.
<\/i><\/p>\n

“I am lucky enough to live on the shores of the St. Lawrence and to have been able to explore this extraordinary environment with my family for so many years… I owe it the greatest respect.”<\/i><\/p>\n

Rapha\u00ebl appreciates above all the human aspect behind the L’\u00c9TOILE COSM\u00c9TIQUES project. “Working locally, from harvest to finished product, has allowed me to create bonds of trust and a unique and lasting relationship with each person involved in this project. Thanks to this proximity, I can ensure that our project has a positive social impact<\/i>.”<\/p>\n
