Online Shipping and Payment
Orders placed on letoilecosmetiques.com site can be delivered in Canada only. We cannot fulfill orders outside of Canada at this time.
Delivery (regular service) is included in the sale prices. Shipping is carried out within a maximum of 5 working days from the date of the order. No signature is required upon receipt of the order.
When an order is invoiced and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
All transactions are processed securely by Stripe to complete the payment of your order. L’Étoile Cosmétiques sends you a confirmation email when you make a payment.

Returns and exchanges – Online purchase on the letoilecosmetiques.com website
Any return or exchange request can be made within 15 days of receipt of the order. Returns are only accepted if the product is intact and unopened. All returns or exchanges are at the discretion of L’Étoile Cosmétiques.
If a return or exchange is confirmed in writing, you will need to return the product (s) with a copy of your delivery slip (or a note indicating your order number, name and email address) as well as a copy of your invoice to the following address:

If you purchased a L’ÉTOILE COSMÉTIQUES box set, all included items must be returned with the products to be eligible for a refund.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend that you choose a shipping method with tracking and insurance options as we are not responsible for products lost in transit.
Purchases made on the letoilecosmetiques.com site cannot under any circumstances be returned to an esthetic center, beauty institute or any other authorized point of sale.

L’ÉTOILE COSMÉTIQUES products purchased on the letoilecosmetiques.com website are intended exclusively for personal use. It is prohibited to sell or resell the products you have purchased. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of orders which we believe may constitute a violation of our terms and conditions.
